Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certification

 

Our Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider course is designed for healthcare professionals, public safety personnel, and individuals who have a professional duty to respond during medical emergencies.

 

Students learn how to recognize life-threatening emergencies, provide high-quality CPR, use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED), and respond to airway obstructions and choking emergencies.

 

ASHI's Basic Life Support program has been approved for training Emergency Medical Services (EMS) personnel and is accepted by the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians (NREMT). In addition, ASHI training programs are recognized by the Ohio Department of Public Safety and the Ohio Division of EMS.

Nationally Recognized Training

 

ASHI resuscitation training programs are equivalent to CPR and BLS programs developed and administered by the American Heart Association® (AHA) and the American Red Cross® (ARC).
