To receive an A+ rating, the BBB requires a company to have a clean slate. This means that we do not have any unresolved complaints from our customers. Above all, we make sure that we give our clients the best service, training, and efficient processing in every class we teach. We hold a 5 star Google Review Rating in addition to being a BBB A+ rated company.

ECONOMIC PRICING

Learning life saving skills should not be so expensive. While we charge significantly less than other companies, the training is far superior. Our training programs have not changed prices since we opened in 2015. Compare our prices with the competition and we are sure you will find us to be in the lower pricing range. We also offer various discounts and promotions and group discounts.

HIGHER QUALITY EDUCATION

Our instructors are ALL Public Safety Professionals as Firefighters, EMT’s and Paramedics with decades of experience in the field and as instructors. While other companies and instructors provide quality training, having professional rescuers who perform the skills we teach makes a significant difference in experience and understanding for our students.

Our BLS for Healthcare Providers course is CAPCE* accredited and offers 4.25 Continuing Education Hours for EMS professionals. Commission on Accreditation for Pre-Hospital Continuing Education.

PATRIOT DISCOUNT FOR MILITARY & VETERANS, PUBLIC SAFETY WORKERS

We off a a Patriot Discount of 25% off ALL training courses. This discount is for military, veterans, public safety professionals (police/fire/ems). We also offer group discounts for businesses. Our BLS for Healthcare Providers course is $50. With the Patriot Discount, it’s $37.50. We have not found anyone in our market area that offers a 25% discount with no strings attached.

INDIVIDUAL OR BUSINESSES

Whether you are a individual or a business owner needing training, our goal to provide superior customer service remains the same. We realize there are often specific challenges and our training staff are fully capable of addressing them all.

We offer several options for training. Our blended courses are taken online at your leisure and then we meet for a 15-20 minute skills session. A digital certification is provided as soon as the skills are completed.

For individuals, you can come to our facility or we can come to your workplace or even your home. We also offer in-person courses where the training is completed with skills and the students leave with a digital certification. Very few companies cater to the individuals like we do!

For businesses, we can come to your facility at any hour day or night to accommodate shift schedules, even over nights. Blended learning is an option for you as well. Complete the training online and we meet for the hands on skills session to finish the certifications.
